Biswas Automobiles was established in the year 2001. Since then, we are the Associate Dealer of Hero Motocorp. We started our business with a single outlet in Karimpur Thana More, Karimpur, Nadia, West Bengal and have been serving people for nearly two decades now. Today we have several people working under one roof that we call our family. We are proud to have achieved Outstanding Performer Award for the financial years 2018-2019 & 2019-2020 and also have been a continuous winner in market share gain since 2019, till now.

Annual Service Maintainance facility Available

Biswas Automobiles provides you with a joyful riding experience through The Hero Joyride Program. It is a Pan-India Smart Card based Annual Maintenance Package for all Hero vehicles that is offered by Hero Authorised Service Centres. This programme will enable you to meet your vehicle’s after-sales servicing needs with ease. As a member of Hero Joyride services, you can enjoy a host of benefits and savings when getting your two-wheeler serviced.

Pick-Up and Drop Service

Our utmost priority is our customers. Hence, we emphasise on making your experience with us effortless and comfortable. To serve you better, we also provide pick up and drop facilities. Your two-wheelers will be picked up by our professionals right from your door, and once the service is complete, your vehicle will be delivered back to you at the same location.

Roadside assistance facilities

We understand the needs of our customers very well and we know that one may face an emergency at anytime in the middle of the road where help may not be easily available. Thus to aid you in your crisis, we offer on call roadside assistance facilities. Our services include-

Towing of vehicles during an accident.
Tyre changing facility is provided during a flat tyre.
Fuel arrangement is done in case of an empty tank.
Mobile mechanics are readily available on-site during minor mechanical faults.
Jump start facilities are provided when the battery is dead.
During a lost key, arrangement of spare keys can be done.

Cashless Insurance Claim Benefits

We provide Cashless Insurance Policy for two-wheelers to our customers. It is an insurance policy which helps the policy holders to get their vehicles repaired at our workshop, which has been listed by the insurance provider, without paying any fee. We send the invoice for the repairs to the insurance provider company, and the company then reimburses the amount according to the policy.
